Return Policy – Registered Products

This return policy applies only to those products you purchase directly from the Site and listed on the Product Registration Page. Any returns, exchanges, or other issues, such as breakages or damaged products, related to the purchase of our product(s) through third-parties, including but not limited to other websites, distributors, or other Amazon sellers, must be directly handled through such third-parties. Please be sure you are aware of any third-party’s policies prior to purchase.

This return policy is not applicable and is hereby null and void if it is determined that any product damage is due to an accident, modification, improper use, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines.

1,000-Day Guarantee Policy: We believe in our products! To be successful, you need to inspect your product, register any of your product from our FasciaBlaster® line of products (REQUIRED), enroll in our Happy Blasting Program™, and use the products(s) as described. You can access tutorials for using our products that you can find on the Site by clicking the “Learn” link.

Due to health and safety issues, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of oils, cleansers, and creams. For purchases of bundled kits or sets, the ENTIRE kit or set including all individual products (excluding oils, cleansers, and creams) MUST be returned to receive a refund. 

Once we confirm receipt of the returned product(s) and ensure that all guidelines provided herein have been met, you will be eligible for a refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

To be eligible for the 1,000-Day Guarantee Policy, customers MUST register their purchased product(s) from this site on the Product Registration Page, and enroll in the Happy Blasting Program located on the Site within forty-five (45) days of purchase. 

Note that all returned products must be clean and dry upon return. Unclean items will not be processed and will be discarded. You understand and agree that shipping and handling costs (both the fee to send and to return) are non-refundable.

Return Policy – Other Products

The Blaster Pod™, Blaster Oil® Set, Deluxe Serum, Blaster Oil® and AfterBlaster® Cream, FaceCare Essentials™, AB Hat, Ask Me Blast Me Set, Tank Top - Distorted AB Logo, Tee Shirt - Distorted AB Logo, I.C.E. Foundations DVD Kit and all other sales are final and non-refundable with the exception of the Apparel Exchanges and Imperfections terms below. Please contact ausupport@fasciablaster.com if you are experiencing any allergic reaction to our skincare products to discuss further options.

Apparel Exchanges and Imperfections 

You are eligible to exchange your apparel purchase for a different size of the same product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase (subject to availability). Only apparel that is clean, which is at the sole discretion of us, shall be exchanged. Please inspect apparel for size upon receipt. All shipping and handling is your responsibility.

You are eligible for a replacement of faulty manufacturer apparel for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase (subject to availability). Please inspect apparel for imperfections upon receipt.

Breakage Policy:

For products purchased from AshleyBlackGuru.com.au, you are eligible for a replacement of manufacturer defective products for the following products: the FasciaBlaster ®, MasterBlaster ™, FaceBlaster ™, BigDaddy Blaster ™, Party Blaster ™, PaddleBlaster ™, Mini PaddleBlaster ™, Mini1 ™, Mini2 ™, FasciaBlaster ® Nugget or ProBlaster ™ for up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

Please inspect upon receipt. After thirty (30) days, you'll be eligible to receive a replacement under our 1,000 day Worldwide return policy, but will be responsible for all related shipping and handling. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, proof of defect and/or return of the defective product(s) to determine your eligibility for a replacement.


EXTENDERS: Manufacturer provides a 1000 Day limited parts warranty for Extenders from the date of purchase. This warranty extends to all defective parts. Under this warranty, you are entitled to replacement parts at no cost to repair and restore functionality if any part of the product were to fail. Shipping needs to be arranged and costs need to be covered by the customer. Customer must provide images of damage and we may require that the damaged part be returned. This parts warranty is void if damage is due to accident, modification, improper use, intentional misuse or abuse, the failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions, or if the product is being used for purposes other than that which manufacturer intended. Purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities arising from accident, modification, the misuse or abuse of the product or the failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product. Typical wear and tear related to product use are not covered.

YOGA BALL: Manufacturer provides a 1,000 Day manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for yoga balls from the date of purchase. Manufacturer will replace the defective item with a functionally equivalent new product. Shipping needs to be arranged and costs need to be covered by the customer. Customers must provide images of damage and we may require that the damaged part be returned. This warranty is void if damage is due to accident, modification, improper use, intentional misuse or abuse, the failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions, or if the product is being used for purposes other than that which the manufacturer intended. Purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities arising from accident, modification, the misuse or abuse of the product or the failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product. Typical wear and tear related to product use are not covered.
